The villas near Pollensa consist of two individual architect designed, four bedroom, contemporary villas, comfortably sleeping 8 people, with each villa having its own private heated pool and garden.

The traditional villa sleeps 6 and also has it's own heated pool and garden.

Each rental villa is furnished to the highest of standards by an interior design specialist. The Pollenca villas have three double bedrooms and one twin, so they comfortably sleep eight people. Every bedroom has it's own luxury ensuite.

The kitchens are unique and have hidden quality NEFF appliances. The outside terraces of each villa are finished in a white or cream matt marble and lead down to the large marble pool and sun deck area.

The luxury villas in Mallorca are located at an elevated position in the quiet living area of S'ubac with beautiful views.
